📜 HOUSE RULES
✅ The property has a maximum occupancy of 8 people, including babies and children. Any guests exceeding this limit will result in a modification of your booking and an additional charge of $50 per person per night. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please follow these house rules:
🚭 No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the cabin, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and any other substances. Smoking inside the cabin will result in a $250 fee. When smoking outside, please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground—use the designated ashtrays. Improper disposal of cigarette butts can be a fire hazard.
🐾 No pets are allowed under any circumstances. If you bring a pet, you will be charged a $500 penalty per pet.
• If your pet causes any damage, you will be charged the full cost of repairs plus an additional $500 penalty.
• The property is monitored by 360-degree exterior audio/visual security cameras. If we detect a pet at the cabin during your stay, you will be charge as described above.
🎉 No parties are allowed. Hosting a party will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. Unauthorized guests are not permitted.
🛋 Do not move furniture or decor.
🤝Respect the neighbors and local wildlife.
⚠️ Weather & Utility Interruptions
• Our cabin is located in the mountains, where weather conditions can sometimes affect utilities.
• During heavy rain, strong winds, or snow, electricity and internet services may experience temporary interruptions.
• The cabin's water supply comes from a well, which means that if there is no electricity, there is no water.
• In most cases, services are restored within an hour, but we cannot guarantee restoration times.
• A flashlight is provided in the kitchen cabinet in case of a power outage.
• A fire extinguisher is available for emergency use—please familiarize yourself with its location.

• Refunds cannot be provided due to weather-related service interruptions beyond our control.
